Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, delivery location, and packaging. Your total shipping cost will be shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the weight and destination of your order.

Orders Over 10 Items

For orders of 10 items or more, pick up is required! If shipping is selected, we may adjust the order to pickup. For questions, please contact support@clarkslandingmerch.com if you have any questions.  

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: All returns must be made in person at the following location — we do not offer mail-in returns at this time:

Returns sent by mail or without prior in-store drop-off will not be accepted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon pickup and contact us immediately at support@clarkslandingmerch.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Final Sale Items

We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or altered items. Additionally, all clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return your original item in-store (following the policy above), and make a new purchase.
